Mahatma Gandhi once said, “Poverty is the worst form of violence.” And if you really sit with that, the gravity of what he meant starts to sink in. We think of violence as something physical—brutal, immediate, loud. But poverty? Poverty is quiet. It’s slow. It lingers. It suffocates potential. It starves dreams. It robs people of their power. And yet, it exists in every city, in every country, affecting millions—silently.
Think about a child growing up in poverty. Not just without food—but without a sense of future. Without education. Without hope. That’s not just a lack of money; that’s a stolen life. And we allow it to continue when we pretend that poverty is someone else’s problem. Poverty creates broken homes. Crime. Addictions. Sickness. Suicide. It’s a generational destroyer.
So if that’s true—if poverty is the worst form of violence—then let me propose something radical: wealth is the ultimate form of peace. Think about that. When a family has abundance, they can educate their kids, care for their health, give generously, build businesses, and make their corner of the world better. Abundance is anti-poverty. And when the right people—people with ethics, people with compassion, people like you—gain wealth, that wealth becomes a tool for peace. Not greed. Not power. Peace.
But here’s the problem: most good people aren’t in the game. They’re financially enslaved. They’re paycheck to paycheck. Trapped by taxes. Handcuffed by banks. Tossed into Wall Street casinos. So instead of fighting the violence of poverty, they’re just trying to survive. They want to help. They want to invest. But they can’t. And that’s what breaks my heart the most. Good people, sidelined. So broke that they can’t help the truly broken.
That’s why I built my wealth framework around what the top 1% have done for over a century. It starts with the Sacred Account. Become your own banker. Break the bank trap. Pull your money out of Wall Street. Shelter your wealth from the tax system. Those are the three traps. When you spring those, you gain freedom. And once you have freedom, you gain power. And once you have power, you can help. You can build. You can be the change that ends the cycle of poverty—for your family and for others.
If this hits you in the chest like it hit me the day I figured this out, then let’s do something about it. Get a copy of my Blueprint to Financial Freedom. It’s not fluff. It’s the exact sequence—the same one used by the historical top 1%—that gives you the tools to become free, build wealth, and create peace. You can grab it right now at jerryfetta.com. Because the war on poverty won’t be won by words. It’ll be won by those bold enough to become wealthy on purpose.
